Notary4U was created in November 2016 and works in connection with ML Business Group. Michelle Cline became a commissioned Notary Public and then continued on to become a Certified Notary Signing Agent. She is certified, bonded and background checked.
In addition to general notary work, she works closely with several Title companies and signing service companies conducting loan closings, loan application services, etc.
